INTERIOR
Two rows are standard along all the trim levels because of the size reduction in this new model. Therefore, this car only sits five persons but in comfort. Heated and ventilated steering and Leather seats are for the higher trim levels even though, the 1958 trim which is the base comes with leather seats that can only be heated.
All Land Cruisers come with Toyota’s impressive infotainment system with wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, but the base 1958 trim comes with an 8.0-inch display. All other trims get a much larger 12.3-inch touchscreen. USB-C charging ports and a wireless smartphone charging pad are standard, but having an on-board Wi-Fi or the available 14-speaker JBL stereo system goes for an extra payment.
BODY
It shares the same platform with the all new 2024 Lexus GX and wears a similarly boxy look, but the Cruiser is powered by a turbocharged four-cylinder engine supported with a hybrid system which makes the combined total output 326 horsepower. Meanwhile, The Lexus GX uses a 3.4-liter, turbocharged V6 engine with 349 horsepower. The size of this newLand Cruiser has been skinned down a little compared to the older generation, but it has a more boxy and capable look.
OFF-ROADING
All Land Cruisers come with an eight-speed automatic transmission and a four-wheel drive system. This car is a serious off-roader as it has a locking center differential, low-range gearing, a crawl control system, and a hill descent control.
